This is automatically done every week, so it is not usually necessary. Unless the number of
records in the local and NCBI databases do not match (see below), clicking this link will only
needlessly increase the server load. Even if there are unparsed records in the NCBI database,
it is better to let the script run on schedule, so only click this link if you absolutely must
